Delivery time and costs

1. Available delivery options

1. Baby Mouse offers several delivery options within Poland.
2. Deliveries are made by courier companies and the manufacturers' own transport.

2. Small parcels

1. Small shipments are delivered by courier companies: GLS, DPD, InPost.
2. The delivery cost is:
   1. PLN 19 or
   2. PLN 59
3. This applies to small items such as wallpaper, lamps, and small furniture (e.g., shelves, changing tables).

3. Shipping large furniture and sets – DIMENSIONS

1. The cost of furniture transport depends on its size and manufacturer.
2. The delivery price does not include carrying the furniture inside.
3. Size categories:
   1. Small items – PLN 59 (specialized transport, on a pallet or in packages)
   2. Medium size – PLN 100 (medium-sized furniture delivered assembled or up to 3 pieces of furniture from the collection)
   3. Large collections – PLN 249 (pallet transport of large furniture and collections)
4. Furniture from the manufacturer BAMI is not combined in one shipment with other products from the store.
5. For purchases over PLN 10,000, delivery is free (within Poland).
6. The final delivery cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart after adding products (does not apply to international deliveries).

4. Order fulfillment time

1. The store cooperates with various furniture and accessory manufacturers. The delivery cost is automatically indicated when placing an order.
2. Orders placed:
   1. before 2:00 p.m. on a business day – are processed on the same day (after the payment has been credited or an advance payment has been received);
   2. after 2 p.m., on weekends or holidays – are processed on the next business day.
3. Products marked with a longer delivery time are made to order from the manufacturer. The delivery times given are approximate and may be shortened or extended. In the event of a change in the delivery time, the customer will be immediately informed by phone or email.
4. In the case of ordering products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
5. All delivery times are given in business days, unless otherwise indicated. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
6. If products from several manufacturers are ordered, they may be delivered in separate shipments. The delivery cost remains unchanged.
7. Information about the delivery of large furniture is provided approximately 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
8. After placing an order, the Customer receives ongoing email updates on the next stages of order fulfillment.
9. Deliveries are made between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days from the time of shipment.

5. Refusal to accept goods

1. If the goods are refused, redelivery will take place after a new date has been agreed.
2. In this case, the original delivery date will no longer apply, and the total delivery time may be extended by up to 3–4 weeks.
3. The storage cost is PLN 10 gross for each day of storage.
