Product warranty
- The Baby Mouse online store is a place where customers can view the products on offer not only online, but also in a brick-and-mortar showroom.
- The showroom allows customers to view, check the quality, and test selected furniture models, including bunk beds and other products available in the range.
- Due to limited display space, not all products are permanently available in the showroom. The display is regularly changed to showcase new products.
- All products offered by Baby Mouse are covered by a 24-month warranty provided by the manufacturer or official importer in Poland.
- Each product available in the store is covered by the Seller's liability under the warranty for defects, in accordance with applicable law.
- The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Customer's rights under the warranty provisions.
Important information regarding delivery
- If damage to a parcel delivered by a courier company is noticed, the customer should immediately draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.
- Each courier has the appropriate report form.
- Drawing up a report is important for the proper conduct of any complaint proceedings in the event of damage caused during transport.
TECHNICAL WARRANTY FOR THE BABY MOUSE ONLINE STORE
Technical guarantee of store functionality
- Baby Mouse makes every effort to ensure that the online store operates correctly and in accordance with current technical standards.
- If any irregularities related to the functioning of the website are detected, the Seller undertakes to remove them as soon as possible.
- Customers can report any technical problems they notice by email.
- Reports should be sent to the following e-mail address: support@babymouse.com.pl.
- The report should indicate the type of problem and the date on which it occurred.
- The Seller will endeavor to respond immediately, but the response time will not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of the report.
