1. Convenient delivery to your home

1. Baby Mouse delivers furniture throughout Poland.
2. We work with reputable courier companies such as DPD, GLS, DHL, and JASFBG, and we also use transport directly from furniture manufacturers.
3. We make every effort to ensure that furniture is transported with due care – from loading to unloading.
4. The driver is only responsible for unloading the furniture from the vehicle. The service does not include carrying the furniture into your home or apartment. We recommend that you arrange for additional help with moving the products.
5. No later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, the customer will be informed about the shipment of furniture from the production plant or warehouse.

2. Delivery reminder

1. If you notice any damage to the shipment, you should immediately draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.
2. The courier is required to have a report form.
3. Drawing up a report is crucial for any complaint proceedings in the event of damage caused during transport.

3. Waiting time for furniture

1. The estimated order fulfillment time is indicated for each product.
2. If an order contains products with different fulfillment times, the longest indicated time applies.
3. The fulfillment time is counted from the moment the payment is credited, in business days.
4. When ordering products from different manufacturers, they may be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Furniture assembly – important information

1. Each piece of furniture comes with assembly instructions. We recommend that you read them carefully before you start assembling the product.
2. If the instructions are missing, please contact us – we will send you an electronic version to your email address.
3. Assembly recommendations:
4. after removing the components from the packaging, place them on a soft surface (e.g., a blanket or carpet) to avoid scratches; damage caused by abrasion does not constitute grounds for a complaint;
5. if you notice any defects or damage before starting assembly, stop work and report the problem immediately;
6. Do not throw away the packaging until the furniture has been completely assembled.

5. Installation service

1. Baby Mouse offers furniture assembly services in Warsaw and the surrounding area.
2. The service is provided after prior individual agreement of the terms with the customer.
